Returns

Ark Thermoproducts will gladly accept returns for 45 days from the invoice date with no restocking fee. Older purchases are still returnable but if you bought them more than 90 days ago
and less than 6 months ago they will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. We're sorry but we cannot accept returns on purchases made more than 120 days.

Brand Representation: Any Brand represented by Ark Thermoproducts such as Thermon Heat Products are subject to Thermon’s return policy. We will let you know what that is before issuing an RMA#. If we can return it, we will let you return it. If there’s a restocking fee the return will be subject to that fee.

Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained first by contacting us by phone or email write that number on the outside of the shipping box. You will need to pay for the return shipping.

Return Merchandise Authorization Ensures there are no surprises when the items arrive at our warehouse and enables us to process your return faster you receive the credit you are expecting.

Shortages and damages

Short shipments and damaged items (not damaged during transit) should be reported to Ark Thermoproducts within 5 business days of package receipt. After this time period, Ark Thermoproducts cannot be responsible.

In the event of damage during transit you are responsible for notifying the carrier immediately and file all appropriate claim forms with the carrier, as per their requirements.

Warranty and liability

Each item carries the full warranty of the manufacturer. Any liability claim will be limited to the purchase price. Shipping and/or labor charges are not covered. Ark Thermoproducts assumes no obligation on the part of any manufacturer except to process warranty claims to the manufacturer on behalf of our customers. Individual manufacturer's warranty policies will be provided upon request.

Commercial Use: No warranty is offered to consumers, as defined in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. All items sold are intended for resale, business use, or equipment manufacture and warranted against defects in workmanship or materials only to the extent of the warranty supplied by the manufacturer.

Illustrations and Descriptions: Illustrations and descriptions are provided for identification purposes. Ark Thermoproducts takes no responsibility that an item will suit a specific purpose.

Brand names, companies, illustrations and descriptions mentioned on any of our media are for information and reference purposes only and are registered trademarks. No interference or implication other than a reference tool should be taken nor is intended
